Den anerkendte smykkedesigner – kunstneren Helle Bjerrum, har nu nøje iagttaget begrebet: status og overført sine observationer til smykker.  
Resultatet kan netop nu ses på smykkeudstillingen STATUS i Galleri Bærbart, der åbner fredag den 16. marts og varer til lørdag den 21. april.

"In my work as a jewelley designer, it inspires me greatly to work with jewellery as an independent object that does not require to live up to a function, but something that is pure luxury and about what turns you on and what you like. I am also inspired by my travels around the world where I experience new forms and kultures, as well as the various forms of nature, the bend of a branch, curves, the form and structure of leaves and the like".

Mari Keto is an artist with a humoristic approach to to serious issues. Mari works with the themes the modern society, raising questions about values and the modern phenomenon. Her works consist of many layers where all is seldom revealed at first glance. Under the shiny surface lurks things we try to hide, excessive realism and a whole lot of (self)irony.

Lone Løvschal is trained as a silversmith at the renowned Georg Jensen Silversmiths and as a designer at the Royal College of Art in London. Lone designs a wide variety of products, and amongst these, jewellery. Through organic and flowing forms, elegantly fluid lines and a strong graphic expression, Lone derives pleasure in creating for the senses, whether it be in the designing of unique or beskope works, or pieces for serial- or mass production.

Lisbeth Dauv graduated as a fine metal artisan from the Danish Institute Of fine Metals in 1993. She has since been the recipient of Danish Arts and Crafts Association Prize winning the bronze medal in 1992 and the silver medal in 1996. Lisbeth Dauv is also a member of the Danish Arts and Crafts Association, and has exhibited in more than 40 galleries in 12 European countries as well at as the prestigious Museum of Modern Art, MoMa, in New York.
